Pre-Stressing: Pre-stressing operations firmly seat the chain parts, evenly distributing the working load and accurately establishing chain length to prevent rapid elongation during the initial run-in period.

Pre-Loading: After final assembly, the roller chains are run-in, increasing their resistance to fatigue and preventing initial elongation of the chain.
